Joe grew up in Missouri outside St. Louis. He is an alum of Ozark Christian College where he studied youth ministry. He and his wife Tori met at OCC and married in Columbia, MO in 2000. They have 2 children, Jenna and Brock. Joe and Tori have served at 4 churches and have been in leadership for almost 20 years. They moved to Gainesville in 2013 to lead another local church.
